Euthanasia and Cremation Services

We understand that the decision to consider euthanasia can be one of the most challenging decisions you may have to make in life. It can also be one of the kindest decisions for your pet. We strive to create a comforting atmosphere for you and your beloved pet during this difficult time.

What Can I expect?
A quality of life examination will take place which will consist of a physical exam as well as a conversation regarding your pet's current health concerns. Once the doctor has evaluated your pet and the need for euthanasia is determined the process will begin. The euthanasia process begins with a sedative injection first. Once the pet has become peaceful a second injection is given. This injection will allow your pet to fall asleep and his or her heart will stop. You can opt to be present for all, none or part of the procedure.

Cremation Services:
During the quality of life exam, you can opt to take the body home for burial or we can provide cremation services. Both private and group cremation services are available.
